Lankford Announces New Staff in Oklahoma City Office

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK  – The office of Senator James Lankford (R-OK) today announced the addition of Estela Hernandez as Field Representative for Oklahoma and Cleveland counties and Vickie Moore for Staff Assistant in his Oklahoma City office. Estela’s role as a Field Representative will include connecting with Oklahomans in Oklahoma and Cleveland counties to hear the needs of and work to solve federal issues for local residents. Vickie will serve Oklahomans through front-office operations in Oklahoma City.

“Estela and Vickie will serve Oklahomans with integrity and will help ensure the voices of all Oklahomans are heard in Washington, DC,” said Lankford. “COVID-19 has created challenges for these traditionally face-to-face roles in a Senate office, but Estela and Vickie have already demonstrated they will work through those challenges. Estela will assist me in central Oklahoma as we serve our friends and neighbors on the federal issues impacting them, and Vickie will be the first interaction many Oklahomans have with my Oklahoma City office. I look forward to continuing to serve Oklahomans alongside them and the rest of my team.”

Estela Hernandez is a civic and community leader, who has worked tirelessly to stress the importance of community involvement and direct participation solving issues facing Oklahomans. A public speaker on the importance of women in business, faith, and family. Estela has been a small business owner for almost two decades, and she understands firsthand the hurdles Oklahoma businesses face. Estela earned a Bachelor’s of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in International Business. Estela has been married for 20 years and is the proud mother of three children.

Vickie Moore is a native of Oklahoma City with a heart for serving Oklahomans. She graduated from Moore High School and Oklahoma State University, where she earned a degree in Human Development and Family Science with an emphasis in Gerontology. Vickie has been married to her husband, Rick, for 41 years. Prior to her service in Lankford’s Oklahoma City office, Vickie spent 22 years serving the members of the Oklahoma Municipal Contractors Association.
