Senator Lankford Announces Hire of Southeast Oklahoma Field Representative

WASHINGTON, DC – Senator James Lankford (R-OK) today announced the hire of Caleb Cochran as Field Representative for Southeast Oklahoma. The job of Field Representative is to represent the Senator throughout the region at meetings and events. Cochran will be based in Lankford’s Oklahoma City office, and he will travel throughout Southeast Oklahoma on behalf of Lankford.

“I am happy to welcome Caleb to the team,” said Lankford. “His experience and roots in Southeast Oklahoma will be a great asset to serve the region on federal issues. Caleb will travel Southeast Oklahoma on my behalf when I’m in Washington, DC, and I encourage any Oklahoman to reach out to Caleb when issues arise that need federal attention.”

Cochran is a native of Lane, Oklahoma. In 2012, he graduated from Southeastern Oklahoma State University with a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in marketing. Cochran’s past experience includes working with the oil and railroad industries, as well as volunteering with campaigns for Tulsa Mayor Dewey Bartlett, Oklahoma State Senator Josh Brecheen (R-Colgate), and Oklahoma State Speaker of the House Charles McCall (R-Atoka).
